In line with its social responsibility, DEYAR offers its customers the option to arrange installment payments for all types of overdue debts.
Under the leadership of Mayor Alexandros Koliadis, DEYAR puts an end to queues and lenghy visits to physical offices, as the payment plan creation process can now be completed online through the website www.deyar.gr and mydeyar section in just a few minutes.
The company is continuously evolving, modernizing, restructuring, and offering consumers services that meet the demands of the times.
Consumers, no matter where they are, can visit the website www.deyar.gr, which serves as a seamless access point to their water meters, invoices, and outstanding balances. They can also make electronic payments and set up payment arrangements.
Very soon detailed instructions, including a video explaining the process of electronic payment and debt settlement, will be provided.

Current Payment Plans
Fixed Debt Payment Plan (regardless of cause) under the following terms: 1. Maximum installments: 60. 2. Reduction of surcharges as follows:
- i. 100% discount for full payment in a lump sum
- ii. 80% discount for 12 installments
- iii. 60% discount for 24 installments
- iv. 40% discount for 36 installments
- v. 20% discount for 48 installments
- vi. 0% discount for 60 installments
3. The payment plan is interest-free 4. The payment plan is activated with the payment of the first installment 5. The payment plan is automatically cancelled in case:
- The installments are paid, but the current bills are
overdue. - Two (2) installments in total have not been paid.
6. In the event of loss of the arrangement, the customer must pay all overdue instalments in order to reactivate the arrangement and
be up to date. 7. The minimum instalment amount is set at 50€ for business use, 100€ for hotel use and
20€ for residential and all other uses. 8. Those arrangements made by earlier decisions and which do not meet the conditions of not losing
them in accordance with them are repealed.
