With the new integrated citizen request management system, Novoville, you can communicate directly with DEYAR at any time. The system enables quick and easy reporting of issues related to DEYAR, such as network damage, leaks, blocked drains, etc., aiming for the fastest possible resolution by our services. At the same time, you can receive automatic updates on the progress of the issue you reported, all the way to its final resolution.

How can I report a problem that I encounter in my daily life?

Reporting issues is possible either through the free Novoville app for smartphones (mobile app for iPhone & Android) or through the Novoville WebApp on our website, which you can find a little further down.

Reporting an issue is completed in 5 simple steps:

  1. Select Location
  2. Choose Request Category
  3. Add a Short Description (optional)
  4. Upload a Photo
  5. Submit the Request to DEYAR

Your request is then received by the appropriate DEYAR department, and you will receive updates on its progress until it is fully resolved.

After logging in (or creating an account), click on “New Request” and follow these 5 simple steps. Your request will be immediately registered by DEYAR, which will forward it to the appropriate departments for resolution. You will also receive updates on its progress until it is fully resolved.
