I have updated the details of the water meter of my property and I am planning to rent it. Can my tenant create an account on “My DEYAR”?

YES. The tenant must first submit an application for a NEW CONTRACT Once the contract is signed, only they will have access to their water meter account. You will not be able to monitor this specific meter until the TERMINATION of the tenant's contract.

Do I need to log into “My DEYAR” to pay my bills or installments electronically?

NO. It is not necessary. All invoices and payment arrangements display the Electronic Payment Code on their form. With this number, you can make an immediate payment without registering on the DEYAR website (www.deyar.gr) by selecting "QUICK PAYMENT" or via your mobile by downloading the DEYAR app (My DEYAR).
