When is the consistency discount activated?

The Consistency Discount applies to all categories of consumers and is activated when the following conditions are met simultaneously:

• The consumer has updated their details either through the corresponding electronic application or by visiting DEYAR’s offices in person.
• They have selected the option to receive only electronic invoices.
• They have no unpaid or unarranged debts.
• They settle the current bill by the due date indicated on it.

The Consistency Discount will be applied to the bill paid on time and will appear in the next bill issued.

The Consistency Discount is a 10% reduction on the value of each consumption tier (actual or estimated) and any related charges (e.g., infrastructure fees, sewerage usage fees). The fixed charge and interest are not affected by the consistency discount.
