The connection to the water supply network is made by constructing the branch and installing the Metering device.
The branch includes the required distributor (collector). The installation of the Metering device includes all necessary materials (water meter, isolation valve, check valve, etc.).
WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION COST = Branch Cost (A) + Water Supply Connection Fee (B)
WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION FEE (B) = Metering Device Cost + Metering Device Usage Guarantee
A. BRANCH CONNECTION COST CALCULATION
- WITHIN THE PLAN AREA
CONNECTION COST = ½ of the average street width × average branch cost per running meter.
Average street width = The average distance between the planning lines of the building blocks (O.T.), rounded up to the nearest whole number.
- OUTSIDE THE PLAN AREA and in PLAZAS WITHIN THE PLAN AREA
CONNECTION COST = Actual branch length × average branch cost per running meter.
- Average branch cost per running meter (The cost depends on the diameter of the supply pipe)
B. WATER SUPPLY CONNECTION FEE CALCULATION
CONNECTION FEE = Metering Device Usage Guarantee + Metering Device Cost
- Metering Device Usage Guarantee (The price depends on the property’s use)
- Metering Device Cost (The price depends on the diameter of the water meter)
- INSTALLATION OF METERING DEVICE
The installation of the Metering device includes all necessary materials (water meter, isolation valve, check valve, etc.).
CONNECTION FEE = Metering Device Usage Guarantee + Metering Device Cost
- Metering Device Usage Guarantee (The price depends on the property’s use)
- Metering Device Cost (The price depends on the diameter of the water meter)
In cases of replacing the Metering device or individual components, the payment of the Usage Guarantee is not required.
NOTE: The amounts corresponding to the above costs are determined in DEYAR’s pricing policy.
