My lease has expired, and I am moving. I have signed a Consumer Agreement with DEYAR. What should I do?

You will need to submit an application for TERMINATION OF CONSUMER CONTRACT. The required documents are listed on FORM 07 of DEYAR. Your bill will be settled, and upon its payment, your contract will be terminated. The CONSUMER CONTRACT of the property owner will automatically be activated. For the property you are moving into, you must sign a new CONSUMER CONTRACT (FORM 06), whether you are a tenant or have purchased it. You can find our forms both on our website and at our offices.
